Privacy Policy
This policy describes how SlideTac (“the app”) handles information. It applies to the mobile, TV, and Mac
versions of SlideTac distributed under the bundle identifier com.smatdesign.slidetac.
Summary
The app may show ads through Google’s advertising services (for example, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob). Where required, we ask for permission before tracking for personalized advertising (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency). You can withdraw consent in device settings. An optional in-app purchase may remove ads; see the App Store product description for details.
Information collected and used
- Advertising & measurement. Ad partners may use identifiers (such as a device-related ID) to deliver and measure ads, which can constitute “tracking” under Apple’s rules. Purposes include third-party advertising and related analytics as implemented by the SDK.
- App preferences. The app may store settings locally on your device (for example, using standard app storage) so the game works as expected.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
Third-party services
Advertising is served through Google and its partners. Their use of data is governed by their policies. We encourage you to review Google’s Privacy Policy and any in-app disclosures shown by the ad SDK.
Children
SlideTac is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal information in a way that concerns you, contact us at privacy@slidetac.com.
Data retention & security
Data handled by third-party ad and analytics providers is retained according to their policies. We apply reasonable measures to protect information we control; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
- Use iOS/iPadOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to limit tracking where supported.
- Use device and system ad settings as provided by Apple or your platform.
- If you use the “remove ads” purchase (when available), ad-related collection tied to that context may be reduced as described in the store listing.
International users
If you access the app from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
California & other regional rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain processing. Email privacy@slidetac.com with your request and enough detail for us to verify it. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised policy, except where your consent is required for new uses.
