Common topics
- Ads & tracking. You can change tracking permission in iOS/iPadOS Settings when the system prompts you. See our Privacy Policy for how ads work.
- Remove ads. If the App Store listing offers a “Remove ads” (or similar) purchase, restore purchases from the app’s settings or the system App Store account menu if items don’t appear.
- Apple TV / Mac. Use the same Apple ID as on your other devices if you restore purchases.
- Bugs. Include your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when the issue happened — it helps us reproduce the problem.
